How I Generated Quality Leads for MAAC Serampore
This project was developed as a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for MAAC Serampore, an institute offering courses in VFX, Gaming, 3D Animation, and Multimedia. The primary objective was to generate high-quality student leads through a structured combination of organic social media marketing and paid advertising.
As part of this project, I conducted audience research to identify the needs, interests, and pain points of students, parents, and career aspirants in Serampore and nearby areas. I designed a platform-specific marketing strategy for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads, focusing on awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
The project included a detailed content marketing plan, paid advertising funnel, audience targeting strategy, ad copy creation, lead capture process, and conversion funnel optimization. I also performed competitor analysis of leading animation institutes to identify market gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
Through this project, I demonstrated my understanding of social media strategy, lead generation, consumer behavior, funnel marketing, paid advertising, competitor research, and campaign planning while creating a practical, locally targeted growth blueprint for MAAC Serampore.

Content & Ads: Created engaging reels, Bengali ads & targeted keywords relevant to “Animation course near me”.
